The action is part of a Global Project which aims at achieving higher levels of harmonization and standardization between the COOPANS alliance through further development of the COOPANS ATM System platform. The scope is to implement 4 COOPANS software upgrades in order to improve capacity, safety and environmental effects in a cost efficient way. More specifically it includes optimization of CPDLC operation, solution for harmonized AMAN (Arrival Manager) training, improved processing and interoperability for OLDI. In addition the action includes a study to assess the possibility for harmonizing all COOPANS partners towards a common HMI.The project was completed January 31, 2017.
