The action is a study and part of a Global Project named “COOPANS and DSNA/4Flight ATM system convergence programme”, which aims at building up a technical convergence roadmap to operate an harmonized version of the ATM system technical platform in 2025+ in both organisations COOPANS and DSNA. It involves 5 ANSPS: DSNA - France and four COOPANS members – Ireland, Sweden, Austria and Denmark.

The action has four main objectives:

• Produce an overview of the current situation: point out specificities and similarities, highlight best practices that could be used for the technical cooperation.
• Build up a common view for the future ensuring, at each stage, the compliance with the SESAR deployment.
• Provide a high level roadmap outlook for a full convergence lining up the COOPANS and 4-Flight components with the TopSky product roadmap.
• Provide a detailed roadmap for early convergence (2016 - 2020) enabling benefits for the PCP implementation.
