Naviair’s new air traffic management system will be taken into
operational use this weekend.

During the night between Friday 28 December and Saturday 29 December, Naviairs new air traffic management system, and the new control tower at Copenhagen Airport, will be taken into operational use. The cut-over from the old to the new system will take place at 01:00 o’clock Friday night.

As the traffic in Danish Airspace, and to and from Danish Airports, at this time of the day is minimal, Naviair expects to handle all air traffic in Danish airspace as planned and without any delays.
