Naviair has just issued a new version of our Business Plan.
The Business Plan describes Naviair's business foundation, strategies, and activities up to and including 2010.
Furthermore, the Business Plan features information about how Naviair's strategic programmes COOPANS and NUAC support Naviair's vision. A novelty in the Business Plan is the description of Naviair’s internal focus areas in 2008 that contribute to the fulfilment of both internal and external requirements and goals.
Naviair's mission, vision, and sub strategies are unchanged, and there will not be initiated any new big strategic programmes in 2008.
In the introduction, Morten Dambæk points out that when Naviair in December 2007 put the new air traffic management system and control tower in operation, it was the culmination of 10 years of systematic development of organisation, staff, and technology. The new platform prepares Naviair for continued business development, co-operation with alliancepartneres, and gives Naviair the opportunity to continue a safe and efficient handling of the expected increasing air traffic. That the implementation of Naviair's new air traffic management system proceeded according to plan was not least due to an extraordinary teamwork and good cooperation between all Naviair's employees.
