Pilots express great satisfaction with Naviair’s core service. Naviair even made excellent grades in a new annual survey, the purpose of which is to measure and continuously improve user satisfaction with the services of Naviair. This time the survey was conducted among pilots in a number of Danish-based airlines, which are among the largest customers of Naviair. In the questionnaire survey, the pilots were asked to assess factors such as safety, communication, efficiency and service in relation to the services provided by Naviair, both on take-off and landing in Copenhagen Airport and Billund Airport as well as when flying through airspace where Naviair has responsibility for the Air Traffic Control. | ![]() |
The survey was conducted during the summer months. Questionnaires were distributed to a total of 260 pilots. 66 pilots completed and returned the questionnaire. This means that the survey is based on a response rate of 25%. |
