From the summer of 2018, Naviair will have a new CEO. The position has just been published and the Board of Directors has initiated a recruiting process for a new CEO.
The position will be vacant because Naviair CEO since 2001, Morten Dambæk, wishes to retire in 2018.
In order to ensure the recruitment of the right person for the position, the Board of Directors has chosen to work with the executive search consultancy Human Capital Group.
“We will look for a successor who can continue and develop Naviair based on the strong results Morten Dambæk and the rest of the management and employees have delivered over time. This makes heavy demands on the successor and therefore a thorough recruitment process has been prepared, which we expect to be completed, so that the devolvement of the CEO’s position can take place next summer. Fortunately, Morten Dambæk has promised to stay until the new CEO is found and properly introduced to Naviair. So, Morten will stay active in all relations until the change of management next year," says Anne Birgitte Lundholt, Chairman of Naviair's Board of Directors.
